Rate of Pay: $50,000 - 55,000/year
Requirements
~1 min read- Adherence to approved Canlan Sports policies and on-site schedules.
- Occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Recreation, Facility Management, or related.
- Standard First Aid/AED certification preferred.
- Clear vulnerable sector police check required.
- The Manager is accountable for:
- Staff management, program operations oversight, optimizing customer experience, and financial management.
Responsibilities

- →Customer Relationship Development: Fostering a customer-focused culture.
- →Sales Leadership: Driving program promotion and sales.
- →Decision-making and Management: Assisting in the execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Building strategic partnerships internally to drive the success of Canlan Sports.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a Sports-related business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with camps and community programs.
- Knowledge of various sports, particularly Hockey and figure skating.
- Strong organizational and customer management skills.
- Strong knowledge of and proficiency in hockey and/or skating
