Youth League and Program Manager

Rate of Pay: $50,000 - $55,000/ year

*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location

• Adherence to approved Canlan Sports policies and on-site schedules.
• Occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.

• University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Recreation, Facility Management, or related.
• Standard First Aid/AED certification preferred.
• Clear vulnerable sector police check required.

• The Manager is accountable for:
  • Staff management, program operations oversight, optimizing customer experience, and financial management.

• →Team Management: Oversight of part-time instructors with an emphasis on consistent program delivery.
• →Customer Relationship Development: Fostering a customer-focused culture.
• →Sales Leadership: Driving program promotion and sales.
• →Decision-making and Management: Assisting in the execution of the Annual Operating Plan.

• Building strategic partnerships internally to drive the success of Canlan Sports.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a Sports-related business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with camps and community programs.
• Knowledge of various sports, particularly Hockey and figure skating.
• Strong organizational and customer management skills.
• Strong knowledge of and proficiency in hockey and/or skating
