AI Project Manager | Senior Consultant | Banking

• →Lead the delivery and scaling of AI initiatives and use cases across multiple markets, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation.
• →Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management to support the expansion and deepening of AI capabilities across the organisation.
• →Coordinate with business, technology, data, and risk teams to ensure AI projects align with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
• →Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting, maintaining clear communication across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• →Support the adoption and operationalization of AI solutions by collaborating with regional teams and ensuring consistency in execution across markets.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE 

• →At least 5 years' experience in project management, delivery management, or transformation roles within financial services and/or consulting.
• →Proven experience leading large-scale AI-related initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• →Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder management within complex organisational environments.
• →Experience delivering or supporting Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI initiatives.
• →Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and regulatory controls within the financial services industry.
• →Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology functions.
• →Self-starter with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• →Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
• →Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
