Assistant Controller – US Region

Location: New York, Chicago, Charlotte, or Orlando | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Type: Permanent

Be a trusted financial partner driving accuracy, insight, and operational excellence.

• →Maintain strong financial controls to ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• →Own monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• →Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit activities
• →Partner with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, planning, tax reporting, and process improvements

• CPA required
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Controllership roles, ideally across both public and private environments
• Experience managing financial reporting processes under GAAP
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and functions

• Audit experience
• Professional Services industry experience
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience supporting tax reporting requirements (Property Tax, Sales & Use Tax, Corporate Tax)
• Experience leading special projects or process improvement initiatives
