Business Analyst (Banking App)

• →Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• →Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams
• →Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
• →Support end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation
• →Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• →Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel)
• →Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
• →Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials
• →Monitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management
• →Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Experience in developing digital banking application
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
• Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects
• Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives
• Knowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets
• Understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)
• Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum)
