IT Business Analyst
Location: Doha | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent

• →Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across technology initiatives
• →Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding
• →Support process improvement initiatives using structured analysis and best-practice frameworks
• →Contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation activities
• →Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both Arabic and English across workshops and forums

• Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles
• Experience within consulting or advisory environments
• Exposure to public sector, financial services, or large-scale transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives
• Knowledge of data, digital, or enterprise platforms
