Responsibilities

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, process modeling, and requirements elicitation.

Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, executives, and IT teams.

Proficiency in SQL, database design, and programming languages, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Project).

Knowledge of software release schedules, testing standards, legacy system integration and modern application development environments.

Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, Agile methodologies, and data modeling techniques.
- →
Experience in defining test scenarios, conducting system impact analysis, and supporting Enterprise testing teams to verify system functionality.

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methods.

Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while leveraging strong problem-solving, research and analytical skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business administration, healthcare administration-related field preferred.
Minimum of eight years in Information Technology or related fields.
Requirements
