We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Transfer Agency Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice 

As a Senior Consultant within the Securities Services team, you be part of TA transformation projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution 

• →Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to deliver Transfer Agency transformation programmes
• →Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the transfer agency operating model.
• →Support change initiatives covering the end-to-end investor lifecycle
• →Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization 
• →Develop target operating models and future-state processes across transfer agency and investor servicing functions.​‌
