Product Manager Summer Intern (Undergrad)

Location: Hybrid (NYC or Denver)  

This high-performing individual will be responsible for assisting the product and operational teams in delivering new features and functionality for JUDI, Judi Health’s enterprise health platform.

• →Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
• →Triage, research and identifying technical solutions for errors occurring within the JUDI tech stack.
• →Collaborate with the Product Manager to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the Product Manager.
• →Responsible for ticket review and identification of missed intent post Quality Assurance review.
• →Assist Product Manager & team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• →Partner with Product Manager to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning.
• →Provide support to the Product Manager and team in terms of planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy.

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Intellectual and professional curiosity
• Willing to work 35+ productive hours in a work week excluding holidays and approved PTO as measured by various tools when remote.
