The Country Site & Client Success Lead – Poland is a senior, client-facing operations role responsible for strengthening Care Access’s clinical study pipeline in Poland. This position represents local site and delivery excellence to sponsors and CROs, serving as the primary operational authority for Poland in external engagements. The role bridges Client Success and Site Success by translating commercial opportunities into credible delivery plans, building execution confidence, and accelerating the conversion of opportunities into awarded and successfully activated studies. 

  • Represent Poland in sponsor and CRO meetings, articulating site readiness, regulatory pathways, and delivery capability to build confidence in Care Access execution 
  • Act as the trusted local authority on operational execution risk, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and setting realistic expectations 
  • Partner with Business Development to shape Poland-specific bid strategies, providing accurate site feasibility, timelines, and operational assumptions 
  • Support re-engagement and advancement of stalled or complex opportunities by clarifying delivery plans and resolving operational concerns 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsor and CRO leadership to increase Care Access visibility, credibility, and reputation in the Polish market 
  • Ensure continuity and alignment from pre-award through post-award handoff, supporting faster site activation and smoother study startup
  • Provide structured market feedback and intelligence to Clinical Operations and Business Development teams. 
  • Align local site teams on consistent, high-quality external messaging. 
  • Support sponsor-facing preparation activities, including feasibility reviews and operational readiness discussions. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of country-level delivery and client engagement models.
  • Deep understanding of the Polish clinical trial landscape, including regulatory pathways, site operations, and startup requirements. 
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with executive presence and credibility. 
  • Ability to translate commercial discussions into operationally sound and executable delivery plans. 
  • Proven capability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across Clinical Operations, Business Development, and Site teams. 
  • Strategic mindset balanced with strong execution and delivery focus. 
  • Ability to identify and communicate execution risks clearly and constructively. 
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field required. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical research operations. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with sponsors and CROs in a client-facing capacity. 
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required. 
  • Location: Work is in the field - Warsaw and surroundings.
  • Travel: This role requires up to 40–50% travel. Travel may include sponsor and CRO meetings, site visits, and participation in industry or company meetings. Length and frequency of travel will depend on study needs, business development activities, and company initiatives.   
    • Type of Travel Required: Domestic and occasional international travel.
  • Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
