Experience in leading and managing complex, large-scale projects.
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Responsibility for project deliverables, milestones, and client satisfaction.
Ability to independently lead and perform complex engineering design and analysis tasks.
Proficient in business development activities, such as proposal writing, client acquisition, and fostering client relationships.
Management of comprehensive project documentation and record-keeping
Expertise in navigating and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes.
Leadership in quality control and quality assurance processes for projects.
Management of client relationships and satisfaction, including client acquisition and retention.
Exceptional communication skills are required.
