Civil Engineer

• →Leading civil engineering projects from concept through construction — site design, grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting
• →Managing client relationships and serving as a day-to-day project lead
• →Collaborating with senior partners during a structured knowledge transfer period

• Licensed PE in Civil Engineering (North Carolina preferred)
• 5–10 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development or municipal projects in the Charlotte region
• Someone who knows the local entitlement and permitting landscape
• Strong client communication skills — you're comfortable owning a relationship, not just executing tasks
• Ambition — you want a path to principal or partner, not just a job
