The Regional Support Specialist is responsible for data entry and administrative compliance, scheduling repairs of vehicles and shop equipment, customer service, client contact, parts inventory management, safety and environmental compliance, occasional transporting of vehicles, and some garage and office cleaning.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Keep track of parts requests and submitted documents
- →Prepare and sort parts requests; identify and interpret data to be entered on the spreadsheet
- →Contact preparers of parts requests to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
- →Confirm accuracy of data such as unit numbers, VINs, and work order numbers
- →Review and make necessary corrections to information entered
- →Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system
- →Generate reports and respond to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
- →Maintain confidential information
- →Perform general clerical duties such as typing and answering phones
- →Transport vehicles as needed
- →Interact with clients through email or phone as necessary
- →Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supportive role
- Parts, inventory, and mechanical aptitude a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service with a customer/client-driven approach
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of records management procedures
This role involves exposure to heavy traffic areas as well as considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as chemicals, oils, and greases. Team members must be able to access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance, move and position heavy objects, and bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and crawl as needed.
