Our in-house licensed Paralegal, Regional coordinate legal services in both French and English and manage current delinquent accounts by pursuing those tenants through the Landlord and Tenant Board.
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a period of 12 months with the possibility of becoming a permanent role upon completion based on business needs.

~1 min read- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in property management
- Extensive knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
- Licensed as Paralegal designated by the applicable provincial regulatory body
- Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Knowledge of standard Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a high volume fast paced environment
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Tribunal Hearings
