- Utilise digital platforms to deliver sessions as well as face to face delivery.
- Planning and evaluation of training or education programmes.
- Organising events and campaigns to promote or raise awareness of messages.
- Responsibility for risk management and Health & Safety requirements of the delivered training events
- Developing promotional or awareness raising materials and content.
- Developing campaigns to raise awareness of subject matter focussed on identified cohorts.
- Produce reports on the effectiveness of harm reduction campaigns and messages using qualitative and quantitative mechanisms
- Understanding of current developments and priorities in substance misuse policy at a national and local level.
- Possess knowledge and experience in delivering interventions for service users
- Excel in both verbal and written communication, with proficient IT skills.
- Demonstrate proactive qualities, working independently with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Hold a strong understanding of interventions, services, and best practices.
- Thrive as a supportive team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Exhibit the ability to navigate change effectively, always prioritising the needs of service users.
- Recognise the significance of information governance processes and commit to adhering to all necessary safeguards.
