HUD Social Services Coordinator

The HUD Social Services Coordinator supports the HUD Property Manager in the daily operations of a federally subsidized senior housing community. This role focuses on resident service coordination, HUD compliance support, and connecting residents with community-based resources to promote successful aging in place.

• →Support the HUD Property Manager with day-to-day administrative and compliance operations
• →Coordinate resident services, referrals, and case management activities
• →Maintain resident files, certifications, and documentation in accordance with HUD regulations
• →Serve as a liaison between residents and community service providers
• →Assist with reporting, audits, and HUD-required documentation
• →Promote a welcoming, supportive environment for residents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors, housing programs, or social services preferred
• Ability to understand and comply with HUD regulations
• Valid AZ driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
