Patient Registration Representative

In our Level II Trauma Center, you are the first point of contact for patients in their moment of greatest need. This isn't just data entry; it’s about providing a compassionate start to life-saving care.

• Emergency Liaison: Rapidly register patients, verify insurance, and answer urgent questions with empathy.
• Flow Management: Use Cadence to manage high-volume patient arrivals and ensure clinical teams have accurate data.
• Precision: Handle cash posting, scanning, and demographic verification in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate typing (40–60 wpm) and data entry (5000 kph).
• You thrive under pressure, stay organized during chaos, and truly care about people.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
