In your role at Community Health Partners - Neuroscience Institute, you will:

• →Assist the practice physician(s) and patients by coordinating and tracking insurance authorizations and referrals for outside testing or specialty care.
• →Submit referral activity reports to supervisor for review and follow-up if necessary.
• →Coordinate and communicate with various insurance carriers to obtain necessary pre-authorization for patients to receive necessary services.

• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Certificate required

• 4 years of healthcare clerical/administrative support experience required
• Prior experience with referrals and authorizations required
