Customer Service Representative

• →Manage and update work orders (WO’s) in company portals
• →Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• →Create and process new work orders accurately
• →Review and complete billing documentation
• →Follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with portals or CRM systems
