We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and tech-savvy Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is to perform maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and maintain excellent communication with property staff and tenants.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform general maintenance and repair work at office buildings and commercial properties.
- →Complete daily checklists, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately and on time.
- →Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and emails throughout the workday.
- →Communicate professionally with property managers, supervisors, tenants, and customers.
- →Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance issues.
- →Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- →Assist with interior and exterior property maintenance as needed.
- →Participate in an emergency on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be highly responsive and comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital work order systems. (Required)
- Experience using hand tools and power tools, including drills, saws, and other common maintenance equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous office building maintenance experience required.
- Willingness to work outdoors when necessary.
- General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel between assigned properties.
- Experience in commercial property maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and emergency situations.
