Engineering Stores Manager

• →Act as the main purchasing contact for engineering team.
• →Manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely, accurate ordering.
• →Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, monitoring quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• →Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for improved sourcing and standardisation.
• →Evaluate costs, quality, and suitability of suppliers, materials, and equipment; select and support the development of suitable vendors.
• →Maintain compliance with procurement policies and promote safe working practices.

• Procurement experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier‑management skills.
• Previous manufacturing environment is desirable.
• High level of numerical accuracy and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Professional and confident communicator.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
