• →Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• →Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• →Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• →Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation
• →crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
• → provision of other services related to wellness
• →other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services

• Master's
• LCSW (New York license)
• one to two years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Hybrid
• Be able to provide specialized mental health care, often focusing on trauma, addiction and specialized therapies like EMDR or DBT
