Requirements

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a systems engineer for Strategic Weapons Control, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for design and deployment of modernization initiatives for the country's strategic submarine fleet.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Guidance system or weapon control knowledge and experience in systems engineering including design documentation and requirements management
- Hardware and software integration; planning, testing, troubleshooting, and report generation
- Engineering leadership; excellent communication and presentation skills, cross-discipline engineering knowledge, design review package generation, and developing customer intimacy
- Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
- Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
- Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
- Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions

Workplace Options:This position is fully on-site with the option to flex from home depending on work commitments. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield Strategic Weapon Control Systems Engineering team.
