Systems Engineer – Regional Strike Programs(Hardware-Systems / Systems / Test & Integration / MBSE)

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

 

• →Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience preferred.
• →5+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, Model Based Systems Engineering or Hardware Systems work (Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience).
• →Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• →Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
• →Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
• →Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• →Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.

• →Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on focus area.
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
• →Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE.
• →Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities.

• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and technical standards.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• AI-Assisted Engineering — Ability to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate systems engineering tasks such as requirements analysis, test documentation, design trade studies, and report summarization
• AI Fluency — Comfort working with enterprise AI platforms and multiple AI models, including understanding when and how to apply AI effectively while following established guardrails for handling CUI and proprietary data

USD $112,500.00 - USD $137,500.00 /Yr.
