Golden Key Group is seeking a Human Capital Analytics Expert to support advanced workforce analytics and data-driven decision making for government human capital programs. The role serves as a subject matter expert in data analytics, modeling, and visualization, supporting the analysis of workforce data and development of predictive insights to inform strategic human capital initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization for human capital programs.
→Develop, modify, and maintain statistical and predictive analytic models, algorithms, queries, and methodologies.
→Support sustainment and enhancement of Human Capital data ontologies and workforce data structures.
→Coordinate with government IT services directorates to identify and resolve data issues such as migration, validation, and new data capabilities.
→Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend process and performance improvements.
→Ensure all analytic deliverables meet quality standards and contract performance requirements.
→Communicate analytic findings and insights effectively to agency leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
→Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field from an accredited institution.
Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and modeling.
Demonstrated ability to perform independent data analysis and modeling with limited guidance.
