About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join the team at Norman Prince Opticians in Crowthorne, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for every patient.
This is a varied role combining reception, administration and patient care. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping the practice run smoothly from the moment they arrive through to their ongoing care.

Supporting NHS and private patient administration

Liaising with patients regarding appointments and collections

We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable and organised, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Optical experience is not essential, we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is a positive, can-do attitude, good communication skills and a real commitment to providing excellent patient care.
