Responsibilities
~1 min readReporting to the CNO, the clinical informaticist is the hospital liaison for clinical informatics to the Medical Staff, Pharmacy and other Clinical Departments. Responsibilities will include: 1. Physician systems orientation, CPOE execution, on-boarding, training and meaningful use compliance. 2. Clinical Pharmacy work model development with the Pharmacy Director. 3. Assessment of disease state management and development of processes to improve patient care. 4. With the Information Systems Department, develop reporting and data collection to support clinical departments.
