Quality Reviewer – Developmental Disabilities

Human services professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide quality improvement program which focuses on enhancing person-centered services and supports provided to people who are living with developmental disabilities so they may live their best lives.

As a Quality Reviewer, you will enjoy an array of responsibilities, including:

• →Driving throughout western and central Maryland

• →Conducting on-site reviews with people who are receiving services

• →Conducting National Core Indicators ® interviews

• →Ensuring supports are aligned with person centered principles

• →Identifying opportunities for quality improvement

• →Providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies

• →Using databases

• →Writing corrective action plans and monitoring progress

• →Communicating and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders

This is a field-based position which requires daily travel throughout central, southern and eastern Maryland.
