Production Trainer

To provide high quality training to employees. This position will provide training to all employees, whether new to the company or cross training into a new role. This individual will use the Marvin values to provide a high level of customer service, patience, and support to those needing the training.

The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for delivering technical and tactical training of hourly product and non-product builders (production team members). Training will occur at the job station and will assist employees learning a new role in the department. 

• Train employees on job processes on the production line
• Drive employment success by serving as a mentor/coach of current employees during execution of training plan
• Provide support and information to operations leadership on employee progress
• Utilize materials produced by the learning and development team when appropriate.
• Identify and assess training needs of operations staff by conferring with leadership
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product
• This individual will work production roles if there isn’t a need for training at the time.
• Other job duties as assigned

• Thorough knowledge of the assembly process within the department
