Creative Production Manager

Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 We’re a North American based furniture company creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. And as the Creative Production Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day creative production operations in Vietnam, helping bring our products to life through high-quality eCommerce photography and 3D assets.

As part of the Creative team, you’ll be the local owner of Creative Production operations in Vietnam, coordinating the end-to-end production of eCommerce creative assets, including White Background and Lifestyle photography and 3D scans.

This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and continuously improve the production operations supporting a brand-new photography studio operated by an external partner. You’ll ensure products move efficiently from our suppliers, through the studio production process, into final creative asset delivery and product disposition.

Your manager will be based in Vancouver, Canada, so this role requires a high degree of independence, ownership, and initiative. You’ll work closely with global Creative teams, Sourcing, Technical Product Development, logistics partners, and external vendors to keep production moving, solve problems proactively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

What started in 2019 as a project to strengthen our relationships with our Asian vendors has grown into a permanent operation in Ho Chi Minh City. Article currently has ≈70 employees in Vietnam, across our Sourcing, Technical Product Development, Quality, HR, Logistics, PMO and Accounting functions.
