MFG Specialist 1 - Night Shift: Olney, IL

• Competitive wage starting at $26.50 per hour PLUS $2.50 per hour shift differential. Total pay rate: $29.00 per hour

• →Sets-up weaving machine for correct height and selvage of wire fabric and threads machine with wire ends.
• →Using verbal instructions or manufacturing order forms, retrieves specific gauge and finish of raw material with forklift.
• →Starts, stops and monitors weaving operation on multiple weaving machines.
• →Corrects minor problems such as tangles and misweaves and reports major problems to Supervisor or maintenance dept.
• →Performs visual inspection on finished material and material in-process for misweaves, poor quality raw material, etc.
• →Monitors roll length counter and removes woven wire from take-up roll.
• →May drive forklift to move wire to staging area.

• Able to physically lift 75+ lbs. regularly
• Desired experience with metal forming machines such as extrusion presses and/or CNC.
• Ability to work overtime (including weekends) as needed
