What We Offer
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant operations, sales support, or customer service
- Restaurant and/or catering experience is preferred
- Interest or experience in sales, prospecting, or business development
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads, orders, and timelines
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with ordering platforms, dashboards, or similar systems
- Ability to stay organized and follow through in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting outreach efforts and communicating with guests and internal teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- This is a remote role based in the United States, requiring a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently while staying responsive and collaborative across teams
