The Sales Coordinator reports to the Internal Operations Manager and plays a pivotal role in the success of our sales team by responding to leads promptly, engaging customers during initial appointments, managing the schedule of Design Specialists, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations.

  • Answer incoming service leads from technicians in the field
  • Respond to leads promptly, engaging customers during initial booking appointments to establish a foundation for successful sales calls.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Manage the schedule of the Design Specialists, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Qualify leads and match customers with Design Specialists based on personality and expertise
  • Book and coordinate sales appointments, overseeing the scheduling process
  • Verify completion of documents after a job is sold
  • Assist in answering phone calls, providing information, and directing inquiries as needed
  • Enter warranties
  • Build jobs in the absence of the Install Coordinator
  • Provide support to Design Specialists, encouraging them and building positive relationships with both customers and team members
