Responsibilities

  • →Design, implement, and optimize Cloud Avenue’s IaaS infrastructure to support production workloads.
  • →Develop scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • →Automate infrastructure provisioning and management through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
  • →Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment pipelines and improve infrastructure reliability.
  • →Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
  • →Enforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance within IaaS environments.
  • →Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in production environments swiftly.
  • →Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • →Stay current with emerging cloud IaaS technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

 

  • →Lead and coordinate technical teams during crisis situations, ensuring swift and effective resolution of critical incidents.
  • →Develop and implement crisis management plans, including escalation procedures, communication protocols, and post-incident reviews.
  • →Act as the primary point of contact for technical crisis situations, providing clear guidance and decision-making support.
  • →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • →Train and prepare teams for crisis scenarios through simulations and regular drills.
  • →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive incident response and recovery strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience designing and managing IaaS infrastructure in cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud Avenue Infrastructure components Storage, Backup, Compute..etc
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
  • Experience with virtualization, networking, storage, and security within cloud IaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Min of 10 years of experience on Cloud Infrastructure different Roles.
