About the Role

Au sein du Global Support Performance France, la Direction de la Relation Financière Clients assure :

Le recouvrement et le contentieux
La gestion des analyses financières sur le domaine mobile entreprises
La gestion des encaissements et de la facturation des Clients Entreprises.

Analyse approfondie et traitement des dossiers
Déclaration et relance des créances auprès des mandataires judiciaires dans les délais impartis
Traitement et suivi des dossiers dans l’outil dédié
Relations avec les clients, interlocuteurs internes (DGP/DEF) et externes (mandataires judiciaires)
Prise en charge de certains cas complexes
Suivi personnalisé des dossiers en poursuite d’activité

Agilité et polyvalence, capacité à travailler sur plusieurs marchés ou univers métier (Grand Public, Entreprise) avec des interlocuteurs variés
Culture client avérée
Excellente capacité à décrypter les éléments clés d’un dossier
Autonomie et capacité d’adaptation au changement
Aisance dans l’utilisation des outils de communication et travail à distance
Facilité à prendre en main de nouveaux systèmes d’information

Bonne connaissance des parcours et des SI Clients (Hermione, Frégate, Sacre, Intrafact, etc.)
Connaissance du droit français des procédures collectives
Excellentes qualités d’expression écrite et orale en français
Maîtrise des principaux outils bureautiques et digitaux
Rigueur, organisation, attention aux détails
Connaissance des produits et services d’Orange
