Behavioral Health LPN

• →Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute mental and behavioral health needs in an inpatient setting
• →Observe, monitor, and document patient behavior, mental status, and safety risks
• →Administer medications as ordered and monitor for side effects
• →Assist with crisis intervention and de‑escalation to promote unit safety
• →Support admissions, discharges, and transfers, including patient education
• →Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• →Complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation per policy and regulations

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• IV certification within 90 days of hire
