In this pivotal role you will monitor attendance trends, prepare dashboards, reports, highlight concerns or compliance risks by collecting employee feedback, analysing trends, and providing insights to support continuous improvement.

Your key administrative tasks include verification and filing of medical certificates and all attendance-related documentation, while coordinating return-to-work medical assessments and supporting internal and external audits through accurate preparation of required reports, evidence, and compliance documentation. 

You will be accountable for managing accurate operational records and mandatory documentation, maintaining digital platforms (portals, dashboards and internal systems), and supporting the delivery of clear, compliant operational communications including updates, alerts, and notices.

Degree qualified, you will have approximately 2 years of experience in operations support, employee services, communications, customer engagement, or a similar administrative role.

You will demonstrate a strong background in managing records, processing documentation, and maintaining data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
