We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Clinical Services to lead our hospice operations and clinical team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and family care, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing our clinical team, and supporting the continued growth and success of the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong hospice leadership experience, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to strategically lead both people and operations.

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
•  Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
• Support Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive growth and community engagement by building strong partnerships, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the agency meets the needs of patients, families, and the community.

• Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
•  2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
