Position details  

TransPerfect is currently looking for experienced linguists to adapt school mathematics textbooks for ESL students between Grade 2 & Grade 8  to bring the level of the English text down in order to be understood by the students.  

Responsibilities 

Main Objectives 

• Review existing learner’s book and work book content  

• Suggest updates to the textbook language using guidelines provided 

• Exchange with client’s editorial team via Word documents with tracked change 

Education and Experience 

• Native or native proficiency in English 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English to young learners 

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with content development and/or language adaptation  

Preferred Skills 

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment 

• Knowledge of Vietnamese 

Details 

• Location: Remote (EMEA) 

• Availability: Between October 12th and November 9th 2026 (8 hours a day on all 4 weeks or on the selected weeks) 

• Contract: Freelance
