Program Manager - Full-Time - Waukesha and Milwaukee

Are you a Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population with experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting? If so, our Rehab Team is seeking its next Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) employee-owner to oversee St. Anne's Salvatorvian Campus in Milwaukee, WI & Waukesha Rehab (Lindengrove) in Waukesha, WI.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
