Oak Tree Animal Clinic, an AAHA-accredited facility collaborating with Raritan Animal Hospital, is seeking an exceptional veterinary technician with 3-5 years of experience to join our passionate and supportive team.

Perform vaccinations and preventive care proficiently
Carry out venipuncture and IV catheterization confidently
Operate lab machines and perform microscope work
Apply Fear Free practices and support team members with respect and consideration
Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills daily
Handle and restrain patients safely, including carrying up to 45 lbs.

3-5 years of veterinary technician experience
Proficiency in vaccinations, preventative care, venipuncture, IV catheterization
Familiarity with lab equipment and microscope work
Interest in and willingness to practice Fear Free techniques
Respectful and team-oriented mindset
Clear communication skills and strong critical thinking
Physical ability to safely restrain and carry patients up to 45 pounds
