Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the Project Manager and/or Superintendent with planning and coordination.
- →Track and verify project progress, including materials, quantities, and work performed.
- →Help manage subcontracts, contracts, and project documentation.
- →Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- →Support project scheduling and budgeting tasks.
- →Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
- →Maintain an insurable driving record.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
- Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, and industry standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
