• →Assist the Project Manager and/or Superintendent with planning and coordination.
• →Track and verify project progress, including materials, quantities, and work performed.
• →Help manage subcontracts, contracts, and project documentation.
• →Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• →Support project scheduling and budgeting tasks.
• →Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
• →Maintain an insurable driving record.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, and industry standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
