Plant Planning Manager

• Plan, direct and control the plant production system through policy formulation, monitoring of daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

• →Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing operations

• →Ensure JSOX Compliance as related to IT and MIS systems

• →Manage and Control Information Technology and Manufacturing Information Systems department

• Manage and coordinate corporate and plant scheduling departments.
• Manage and control raw material warehouse and finished Goods warehouse
• Manage and coordinate all raw material and support material planning.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute month end stock taking activities with Accounting Department.
• Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Analyze manufacturing cost and take corrective action to meet plant wide targets through use of

• Develop and manage small and large capital plans with Engineering Manager and Controller.
• Inform Accounting Department how to apply and when to capitalize capital projects.
• Facilitate and Schedule Plant Tours and visitor activities.
• Manage 3rd party service contracts – including but not limited to Janitorial, Security, Pest Control, Vending,

• Maintain and control plant layout and office spaces.
