About the Role

~1 min read- →Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects (Databricks-focused)
- →Act as Scrum Master across Agile teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, Salesforce teams)
- →Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- →Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology
- →Ensure alignment between the data platform and Salesforce use cases
- →Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and reporting
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong experience delivering data platform projects (Databricks preferred)
- Experience working with Salesforce environments
- Solid Agile / Scrum experience
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with Azure / AWS data platforms
- Exposure to data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, lakehouse)
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM)
