Data Delivery Manager / Scrum Master (Databricks + Salesforce)

London based – (2 days a week in office)

£65,000 – £70,000 + benefits

We’re looking for a Data Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead high-impact delivery across data platforms and Salesforce integration programmes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Agile delivery, data engineering, and CRM transformation.

You’ll drive end-to-end delivery across Databricks-powered data initiatives, while acting as a Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams. You’ll play a key role in aligning data platforms with Salesforce use cases, ensuring seamless integration and business value delivery.

• →Lead delivery of data platform projects (Databricks-focused)
• →Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• →Coordinate across data engineers, analysts, and Salesforce teams
• →Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans
• →Engage stakeholders across business and technology
• →Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance reporting

• Experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
• Strong background in data platform delivery (Databricks preferred)
• Exposure to Salesforce environments and integrations
• Solid Agile / Scrum expertise
• Excellent stakeholder and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Experience with Azure or AWS data platforms
• Understanding of ETL, pipelines, and lakehouse architectures
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM)
