🚨 Hiring: Service Desk Manager – O365 | Azure | Intune
📍 Location: Munich, Germany (Onsite 3 days per week)
💰 Salary: Up to €90,000 + benefits
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead IT support operations while delivering high-quality VIP / white-glove support to senior executives and partners.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Lead and manage the Service Desk function, ensuring high service standards and SLA delivery
• Provide VIP / white-glove IT support to senior executives and partners
• Oversee Office 365 support including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Manage and support Azure environments and identity services
• Oversee Intune for endpoint management, device policies and deployments
• Manage incidents and service requests via Topdesk or ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams issues including meetings, connectivity and collaboration
• Support and maintain Lenovo and HP hardware, including device rebuilds and deployments
• Manage mobile device support (iOS / Android)
• Provide support for MacOS environments and manage devices using Jamf
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer or similar tools
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including a working understanding of Meraki
• Maintain and improve knowledge management documentation and processes
• Deliver presentations, user guidance and technical communication to stakeholders
Requirements
~1 min read• Proven experience in a Service Desk Manager or Senior Service Desk leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing VIP / executive IT support
• Hands-on expertise with O365, Azure and Intune
• Experience using ITSM platforms (Topdesk or ServiceNow)
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, endpoint and networking environments
• Experience managing device lifecycle, rebuilds and deployments
• Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential
