• →Patient Assessment: Evaluate senior residents' physical conditions, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.
• →Treatment & Education: Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and custom treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe body mechanics.
• →Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic records of evaluations, daily notes, and progress tracking in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• →Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with community care providers and the permanent therapy staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or license-eligible).
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Ability to adapt quickly to varying caseloads. Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed; ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to physical therapy.
