Scheduler (Bilingual - English & Spanish)

• →Initial Report/ Start of Care pulled up daily.
• →Discharge Report to be run daily.
• →Reassessment Report to be run weekly.
• →Assigning RNs to complete the visits.
• →Follow up with RNs on the first day of service reminding them of visits and confirming their completion.
• →Following up on RNs paperwork.
• →Saving all documents in the patient folder.
• →POC to be entered in exchange.
• →MD Order to be sent out.
• →HHA supervision to be sent to HR.
• →Completes Quality Survey JOT form.
• →Mail POC to the patient if needed.
• →Assist RNs in scheduling visits if needed.
• →Assist with authorization for visits as needed.
• →Knowledge and capability to utilize our current softwares.
• →Assigning Incident visits to RNs when received via Smartsheet.
• →Duties are subject to change.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English & Spanish
  
• Two years of experience in office work with at least a year of experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities concurrentl

You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-cancelling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection. You’ll also be required to have a backup internet connection, ensuring that you’re well-equipped to complete your work seamlessly.

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
