Timepiece & Fine Jewellery Specialist

We currently have a new opportunity for a Timepiece and Fine Jewelry Specialist in our Fashion Boutique in Chadstone.

The Timepiece and Fine Jewelry Specialist serves as an ambassador in the boutique, conveying the unique positioning of CHANEL watches and “the Allure of time”. The TFJ Specialist will drive Timepiece and Fine Jewelry performance in the boutique, inspiring and engaging all FAs to promote watches and fine jewelry as part of the CHANEL silhouette.

The TFJ Specialist contributes qualitatively & quantitatively to WFJ performance in Fashion Boutique including high end or complicated products sales, and client recruitment, conversion and upgrade, and coaching Fashion Advisors on the category.

• Serve as the technical expert, a go-to person, for WFJ presentation as a part of various in-boutique & external fashion events
• Lead category sales across time piece and fine jewelry, and work back with the fashion categories to style and outfit the TFJ pieces.
• Knowledge sharing, coaching & influencing the team as the reference of watchmaking and fine jewelry in the boutique
• Take lead on WFJ related boutique operations including stock optimization, after-sales, category reporting and customer satisfaction.
• Portray a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette in accordance with the Chanel Standards at all times.

• Passion for Luxury watches & fine jewelry, fashion, combined with an excellent client service record.

• Product Knowledge & timepiece expertise with the ability to offer expert advice on products including understanding potential complications within an after sales capacity

• Demonstrated experience within a high-end or luxury retailer, with exposure and experience across fine jewelry, high jewelry

• GIA certification is a strong advantage.

• Ability to establish a lasting relationship with clients and to personalize the client journey for each client with story telling, passion and product understanding

• Good understanding of basic CEM activity and administration skills.
