Senior Security Manager,

Ready to lead security at a strategic and operational level? Join us as a Senior Security Manager and take ownership of security operations across key Singapore sites. You’ll lead a dedicated team, strengthen physical security, business continuity and risk management , and partner with stakeholders to create a safe, secure and resilient workplace . Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead Security Operations: Head the Singapore Security team , overseeing security across the manufacturing plant, APAC headquarters, satellite office, and regional distribution center. Ensure Site Security & Safety: Manage day-to-day physical security operations , including site patrols, surveillance, access control, and incident response, while demonstrating strong safety leadership . Business Continuity: Serve as the Site BCP Coordinator and support disaster prevention and business continuity activities. Investigations & Risk Management: Lead security investigations , root-cause analysis, vulnerability assessments, and implementation of corrective actions. Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate security-related reporting and requirements with relevant local authorities and regulatory agencies . Access & Security Systems: Oversee site access, badging, CCTV, card readers, intrusion detection systems, emergency door releases, and master key management . Site Security Controls: Manage permit-to-work requirements, bag and locker checks, shift-change controls, critical scrap processes, parking, and traffic management . Audits & Standards: Support security audits, BCMS certifications, risk assessments , and adherence to corporate security standards. Human Rights: Lead site Human Rights initiatives in line with local regulations and corporate guidelines. Team & Vendor Management: Manage the reception team and oversee  security service providers and contracts across Singapore. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Diploma or professional certification in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Human Resources , or an equivalent discipline. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum 15  years of experience in an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) role. Preferably at least 10 years of relevant experience within manufacturing, chemical plant, or oil & gas environments. Must be a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) . Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and/or Water Efficiency Manager (WEM) certification would be advantageous.  Working knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and Safety Management Systems is an added advantage. Proven people management experience , with the ability to lead and deliver results through others .
